We are not told some of our sales canceled until we ask where is the pay for the sale and then managers tell us the guest canceled and do not show us anything showing that it was canceled just want us to believe them.

The best thing about my team are my co-workers but, do not include any managers or some supervisors.
Being able to communicate effectively
While there are a few people that are very hard-working and dependable, the majority of them don't work. When there are only a few doing the work of many, this causes the the few select employees to feel frustrated, overburdened and undervalued. I feel this can be corrected with Involved Leadership.

Not a lot of positives.
Nothing there is nothing positive about this resort anymore

It comes from the top. Our VP makes sure that all of the staff is happy and heard.
Don't let two men interview one woman.
Team unification and team building activities with managerial change.

They asked me if had experience which I did
How respectable the interviewer was and how informative they where.
They asked purpose driven questions!
That there was four managers which included the resort manager present at different stages of interview.
Straight to the point and quick decision.
They hire just anyone who shows up they need to find people who are willing to do whatever it takes to build a strong team
