The company culture could be improved by the executive leadership bringing in someone to actually review expenses by those in middle to upper management. If the company cut out the abuse of power and started recognizing the hard workers it would go a long way.

Middle management is closed minded and if it isn't their idea it doesn't go anywhere. Upper management and executives have their favorites who get free rain to do pretty much whatever they want. There is more focus on "back scratching" then giving credit where its ACTUALLY DUE!!!
