I don't know if many people feel like they actually know the CEO but they like what they have seen of him, I think. Me personally, I don't feel like I know him or what he does but I get the feeling that he's just super busy all the time although I don't know what he is doing. I think he could let us know what he does and how we could help the company succeed more.

People like the CEO and the executive team. I feel that Gavan Thorpe could improve on rubbing shoulders with some of the lower people in the company. He rarely comes out to the work floor, and when he does, he talks to the middle-managers. It's not a big deal, but you asked what the CEO could do to improve, right?

The CEO is well liked and a good leader. In a busy work environment it is hard to get the face time with each office and with employees. Definitely something to work on.

Everyone loves Gavan! He does so well at actually knowing and caring for the employees here. I cant think of anything he could improve on!
