What's the best part of your job at Boostability?

I absolutely love that I get 26 PTO days a year and an additional 10 paid holidays. That benefit helped a lot when I was house shopping earlier this year. Boost was flexable with me and I was still able to save PTO days for a trip in the summer and have a few hours left over in case of sick days.

The best part of working at Boostability is the management. They really are great. I know that they've got my back if there are ever problems with partners, customers, etc. If I need help, my team will help me out. We work hard, and play hard.

I really like that we are not micromanaged. We are allowed to get our work done in the order we would like and how we like. Of course we have deadlines, but if you work ahead it's not an issue.

All of the food and fun activities that we do. My job itself is awesome because it's so flexible that I get to do a lot of different things to learn and grow both personally and in my career.

I feel like I am part of a team that does good work and that I care about.
