How secure do you feel at your job at Boostability?

I feel my job is very secure. As long as I work hard and keep improving I have a place here. If you get terminated at boost you will see it coming. They give warning and you meet with HR. No one is taken by surprise. Often times if someone is asked to leave boost will do everything possible to give them a gentle landing and help them find a job that will be a better fit.

I feel very secure at Boostability. The company is constantly growing, and the more partners we take on, the higher your job security. If you're a hard worker and sincerely work on trying to improve, you're going to be seen as an asset to the company, and you'll have the option to stay with the company a long time.

I feel pretty secure. I know that someone could replace me if I were to leave. But, I have never felt like my job was on the line. Boost provides warnings if you make a mistake before firing you.
