Be proactive in the hiring process. And work on your people skills. They take the job interviews very seriously, so if you want to stand out you must do well and give good answers. I recommend calling Boostability after submitting your resume and asking for an interview. That's what I did and I was hired 2 days later.

It would be good to know a little bit about SEO. Also, depending on the department you are going into, it would be good to have customer service skills. Good writing and grammar skills are always good to have. It helps to also fit the culture here.

Be a good worker in your previous/current job. Be professional in your Hirevue and your interview. Have a desire to work hard and succeed where you are and not just where you want to be.

All you need is a good resume, a great attitude, and the willingness to work hard.

It is important to be willing to work well in a collaborative setting.

Do some research on SEO and be prepared to share your knowledge

Have some SEO experience and a lot of Client facing phone experience

Apply for open jobs that you are qualified to do.

Demonstrate positive attitude and work ethic through endorsements or references.

Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Great custom service experience, and continue to apply.

Get experience and show a good work ethic.

You HAVE to know what you are doing.

It's not difficult to get hired here.
