
Somewhat rewarding. I am definitely never bored and constantly feel challenged. I feel rewarded when I am able to complete a task and for it to be done almost perfectly, however as I am in customer service, customers don't always make it possible for you to complete a task perfectly. There's not much to be done about it as it is just the nature of the job so all in all I think it is as rewarding as it can be!
Certain positions, like the one I hold, are very rewarding. I work directly with customers, and it's very rewarding to help small business owners succeed. Some positions, however, are very routine and somewhat boring. Those positions tend to have the highest turnaround.
I really enjoy working at Boostability. The executive team are all very friendly and love to mingle with the different teams. The pay and benefits package could be better, which makes it difficult to stay here long term (longer than 10 years).
It can be rewarding, but the struggling customers tend to be louder than the happy customers, which is pretty standard for any company.
