Your question implies the need for a social life. Most people are quite able to be social outside of boost. I mostly stay inside and play video games. Call of Duty:Nazi Zombies is going to come out in early november and I need to lock down my train skills so I can get the wonder weapons before the boss drops. If you don't have your perks by round 15 you're in for a rough game.
It is not difficult at all. We are given a set schedule and know example when we need to work. Other than people who work with other countries, the hours worked are standard business hours.
It's easy to have a social life while at Boostability. You never have to take your work home with you, and you make tons of friends in the company.
Social life is encouraged. We have fun team building activities and social advocacy programs like our social media challenge. Boostability really encourages relationship building.
Most other technology departments I've worked for require a lot of after hours. Boostability has been incredibly respectful of personal and social life.
Not very, I still get my weekends and I am never expected to work overtime which is a huge positive about my job.
Not difficult at all in my opinion. Boostability's overall work culture promotes opportunities that maintain and develop a social life.
Not difficult at all. Most of the managers encourage having a social life.
