They are picky with their overtime pay and they often give you a large workload just because they think you can handle it. They give you restricted stocks that YOU MUST BUY upon entering the company, but with those stocks you can't even do anything.

Depending on what department you work in, they will expect high performance as they think that they pay alot of your positions so you would be expected to work through breaks and there are people always watching what you are doing and saying on your computers
