What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to collaborate and be acceptable of most cultures
Depending on what department you work in, they will expect high performance as they think that they pay alot of your positions so you would be expected to work through breaks and there are people always watching what you are doing and saying on your computers

The fact that Brex practices what they preach regarding values. You know exactly how to succeed here due to the transparency and how aligned everything is with our values
Brex puts employee experience top of mind. We have a remote-first culture, which allows employees to work from anywhere. Brex is a very fast-paced start-up, but you have the support and empowerment needed to be successful from day 1.
I would say the collaborative environment, everyone comes from different backgrounds, and levels of experience, but I think it's a place where everyone's opinion feels valued.
