- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They are picky with their overtime pay and they often give you a large workload just because they think you can handle it. They give you restricted stocks that YOU MUST BUY upon entering the company, but with those stocks you can't even do anything.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership team doesn't communicate with each other and have petty fights amongst each other. They don't promote people that actually do well. They overwork people with the excuse that they are still a "developing" company even though they have thousands of employees now.
