What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership team doesn't communicate with each other and have petty fights amongst each other. They don't promote people that actually do well. They overwork people with the excuse that they are still a "developing" company even though they have thousands of employees now.

Foster a positive culture. Be aware of their own blind spots.
