
Hire actual HR not media spinners. They won't because they don't value employees. They tell stockholders employees are the company's most important resource then treat employees like the trash. Replaceable and disposable.
Managers work all of the jobs , cashier, shoes, fitting room etc at least one day a week for the full day. On a rotating basis.
I would try to open up lines of communication between the general manager, heads of each department and the employees
Better discounts for employees. Make overtime more available. Allow more hours for the stores that need the most work.
