I worked there for 4 years and it is no different than any other retail store. You should check in periodically with supervisor and ask where they need you to be. This could be anywhere and everywhere. Make sure someone shows you how to read the tickets on merchandise properly. This will save you a lot of time searching around when recovering store. It will also spare you the need to repeatedly ask another associate to show you. Most of the time the store will be short staffed so don't spend time worrying about doing things perfectly. Just as any job, when you are new, ask questions. In Burlington, no store is the same, it depends on the managers. When in doubt, go to your immediate supervisor and ask how you can be of assistance. Read the employee handbook, know how to access b-time and dont let them take advantage of you bc they will try.
