
The only positive part of this job was being able to work from home, but they are taking that away next month. So nothing positive anymore.
Management is the number 1 issue. The management is horrible. And the requirements for the job are unrealistic. There NEEDS to be change, or they will lose all their good employees because of it.
Everything. This company needs to let go of all the telesales management and start fresh. I have had the worst management experience at this company while working in the call center. They know minimum about sales and are unhelpful.
The interview was great. But they lied. The job I was hired for is NOT the job I am doing now. Was hired as a sales agent, but now I am retention, customer care, billing, fiber, troubleshooting, and sometimes sales.
