Too many phone calls customers are rude
Misleading customer service agents. Intentional call drops and misdirected transfers. Refuses to accept responsibility for poor service.
I was never able to receive my tickets, as they stated they were claimed by another email. I provided multiple pieces of evidence that I never received my tickets and was hung up on by customer service MULTIPLE TIMES. I paid over $800 for pit tickets and drove an hour to the venue, only to have none
