What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and transparent.
Transparency and willingness to consider all stakeholders involved in each decision.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be more inclusive. We don't need two CEOs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus and flexible benefits.
The 401k match is really nice, good health plans/options, and a robust bonus structure at all levels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Re-evaluate people's pay every so many years in order to pay them fairly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
True servant leaders, collaborative, willing to help no matter what.
The practitioners are great and have a positive attitude.
The positivity and collaborative nature.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Collaborativeness, inclusive, innovative, and focus on the people
Great people and a shared goal of being the best consulting firm to work with and the best consulting firm to work for.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership needs to stop gossiping and act in a more mature fashion.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The strong communication through the process and I loved meeting with each of the interviewers and it wasn't overly complicated.
The interviewers put you at ease and were very welcoming.
The personal touch of the talent acquisition team and the knowledgable technical resources.

The people I work with as well as the ability to make an impact.
The people. A great crew and culture make this place somewhere you're happy to be.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership here is toxic. They believe they're doing everything correctly, but have reached a level they can't push past. It's time for new leadership that acts like responsible adults.
