If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Caseys General Stores?

I would really like to hear feedback, whether it is negative or positive, instead of questioning myself all the time; it's hard to work in an environment where you are constantly questioning "Am I good enough?"

Better employee appreciation and maybe some sort of bonuses

Hire better management would be a Great start .

More friendly and not so fake
