i believe i explained it very well in the previous answers.
It was very to the point and not a bunch of wasted time.
The full time people have all of the say and if seasonal personnel have a problem it is usually thrown by the wayside until other departments get involved.
I feel the seasonal associates that have been with the company for more than a few years should get at least some sort of benefits. The union people get theirs through their union and that is also how they get their pay raises. I have been with company for a long time have never been late or anythin
