What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an understanding that the park has survived for 150 years. It is always mentioned as a legacy, however there is little understanding of the key connection to the guests and why the park is important to guests.
Eveeyone is positive and friendly!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The full time people have all of the say and if seasonal personnel have a problem it is usually thrown by the wayside until other departments get involved.
