Corporate employees are spread over a couple different parks. The company has 11 parks across the country. So it's not "remote" in that sense, but you would could work for one of the individual parks that fall under the corporate branch.

Yes. Some positions at the corporate level are remote. On the individual park level - some remote positions are available for sales representatives.

Depends on which individual park and/or which department you work for.

Pretty good. Some years are better than others, but morale is decently high right now.

In terms of full time employees I'd say it's mostly Caucasian (at least at Cedar Point), but for the seasonal staff it is very diverse with associates from many different ethnicities and countries.
