Stop treating their seasonal maintenance associates like second rate citizens.

Lifeguards in the parks are treated horribly. They are given 30-minute breaks for 12-hour shifts, and we were treated like slaves. Leadership was undertrained and yet expected us to yield to every word they said, even when it was directly disrespectful and mean.

Tiered pay based on experience and talents. There is no equity for seasonal employees.

Im given work that managers and supervisors should be doing and not getting I'm not getting recognized

Cedar fair could afford to double its py rate and still make money hand over fist.

Everyone works together and is fair in all duties!

I do not look forward to with co working with my team leaders and management but I appreciate all of the attendance that work

We have fun and we do well

They are actually a team not a group of people backstabbing each other
