  • Excellent vacation benefits. Excellent time off and work-life balance.

  • Excellent. You earn 10 days a year vacation, plus start with 6 sick days and 6 'personal' days. After 5 years, your vacation days bump to 15/yr. For me, I typically save my days until the end of the year and typically have most of the month of December off. With all of the holidays, the ability to take 6 days any time you want as well as the flexible scheduling, Seaworld is top-notch in providing an excellent work-life balance.

  • There are those who disagree with what SeaWorld does, but the fact remains that what they make in profit directly relates to the millions given to environmental causes. If you are someone passionate about your work, you will fit right in. I loved my six years there.

Asked to all employees at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment

  • Work/life is excellent. Management has always been more than accommodating with time off, work-from-home, etc. If you have to use personal or vacation days, you earn enough days during the year so as not to be worried about it. For the most part, with regard to the teams I have been on, as long as you meet your goals, and don't abuse, you can pretty much slide your hours left or right to work within what you have going on at home. Personally, i drop my kids off early to school and i get to work earlier than most. However, we have people coming in as lat as 10 AM, who stay a little later into the evening. This is probably one of the top two companies I have worked for, with respect to work-home balance.
