Communication, and professionalism with employees
An improvement would be explaining what everything is and what is needed by employees
My team is young but diverse.
Horribly, because I'm undervalued at my job. I always give 110% and it always seems to go unnoticed,but when I make one mistake it's like I'm the worse employee ever. I feel disrespected and lied to. I've had to asked to be trained and when I do I get told unfulfilled promises
My first year at a shoe store the staff were very welcoming.
