
From what I've seen and heard, Chewse encourages internal growth. I've enjoyed learning more about other departments and opportunities within them. I do think that with the company going through a lot of changes, department leads don't have as much time as they would like to foster interest in opportunities, so it's necessary to be very vocal about interest in other departments. I do find teams to be somewhat clique-y, so it would. E nice to see departments break up a little more during HQ lunches or take that time to do a 30 min Q&A with a different department each week.
