- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?PTO & sick time would be lovely. Acknowledging that we have lives outside of Cheese goes a long way toward employee satisfaction.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Stop separating us. 5his job doesn't require a college degree, & the lack of experience displayed by some of my coworkers makes me wonder what criteria was use to choose them (especially since most of the newbies aren't people of color).
