We have an unlimited travel policy!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

PTO & sick time would be lovely. Acknowledging that we have lives outside of Cheese goes a long way toward employee satisfaction.

I think our base pay should be higher and we should have disability coverage
