Best team ever!!! Radical candor, super supportive, and extremely motivating. We measure energy over time, and focus on output versus input

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management ignoring employee morale isn't helping anyone...we hate coming to work, & they do nothing bitake it worse. There's no managerial support.
