
We don't have benefits as an independent contractor, but the amounts they try to get away with authorizing are ridiculous.
Autho reps need to do their job and follow the terms of the contract instead of trying to interpret ours.
They don't pay claims on their warranty, they try to underpay their vendors when they pay them at all. Frustrated customers take it out on us, that's really messed up.
Running their company in a professional and moral fashion. Instructing their employees on customer service and enforcing their warranty appropriately. Having proper accounting where approved amounts don't shift when invoiced and bills are paid promptly.
