The worst I have ever encountered
They have been terrible to deal with on these last two claims
Getting techs to do the job, they don't want to work with you or do the jobs.You pay them less then the jobs septic clean out is $350 all over and your company only pays the $125 ,no that's stealing services they render, shame on you
they can keep their and fix what they should fix
The policy of this company involving customer service need to improve tremendously . Staff does not make the customer feel value . They are happy to make sure you stay a member when you decided you want to cancelled the policy but after you are in they care nothing about customer service .
