How would you compare interviewing at AmTrust Financial to other places you've interviewed?
It was a great and simple process. Everyone I met was personable and didn't make me feel nervous (which is a plus!) I had a phone interview and two in-person meetings where they clearly explained the interview process.
Don't interview with them as you don't want to become part of that culture.
Again, pretty standard process.
What's the company culture like at AmTrust Financial?
The company culture is warm and inviting. We know what our core values are and use them in our day-to-day work. Not only do we have strong teamwork, but we're able to voice our opinion and express our ideas, so the values of Innovation and Inclusion stand out to me. It makes me happy to work in an envornment where I'm heard.
The culture at AmTrust is one of distrust and misdirection. Difficult to advance your career and a upper management of closely guarded individuals.
