What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Upgrade the claims system and better training

Direct supervisor does not manage team well. Conflicting instructions to various members. She doesn't personally oversee our tasks.

Get replaced with those that know and understand leadership.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Eliminate the "good ol' boys" club. The former Liberty employees were run out of Liberty, and now are trying to make AmTrust into what they left.

A more open environment and better supervisor so the team can improve.

Horrible and fearful. Employees have uncertainties on the future and direction of the company and leadership.

At a certain point there is nothing you can really do as the nature of the job is monotonous. But more work-duty diversity would be nice as long as we are fairly compensated for the extra work. I truly would not mind having more to do; if not enjoy work more while being able to switch it up.

There's always problems with connection or the system. Coworkers are unhappy with their situation
