Transparency in leadership is critical.

They are decisive and open to change when it's needed. They are also accessible and approachable.

They are incredibly open and supportive. Rarely is anything black-and-white to them and that is how it should be. This is the first place I have worked where I truly feel supported in my career goals,

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Upgrade the claims system and better training

Direct supervisor does not manage team well. Conflicting instructions to various members. She doesn't personally oversee our tasks.

Get replaced with those that know and understand leadership.
