Transparency in leadership is critical.
They are decisive and open to change when it's needed. They are also accessible and approachable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upgrade the claims system and better training
Direct supervisor does not manage team well. Conflicting instructions to various members. She doesn't personally oversee our tasks.
Get replaced with those that know and understand leadership.

Leadership is creating a less than pleasant work environment. Systems have been implemented that slow down production in order to allow executives to micromanage based on the results.
