There is constant change, so there is zero boredom. The company is not bureaucratic or stifling.
Our core values are celebrated every day and that flows into our company culture. We're truly all here for each other and at the end of the day, we're working towards one common goal.
Amtrust is communicating through it's intranet AMconnect every day with new information about the company, introduces us to people all over the country and world, and share personal and career growth tools and programs to help us succeed with our career goals

The people are mostly positive which helps others have the same outlook.
The open-door and supportive nature of all higher-ups. They seem to really value work-life balance as well.
The culture is very flexible and provides autonomy to do our jobs in an effective, efficient manner.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Eliminate the "good ol' boys" club. The former Liberty employees were run out of Liberty, and now are trying to make AmTrust into what they left.
A more open environment and better supervisor so the team can improve.
Horrible and fearful. Employees have uncertainties on the future and direction of the company and leadership.
