everything, sales charge clients yearly even if they wanted a monthly account, choice does not pay for anything, horrible techs, mom and pop,, who take the scf and leave, bad experience all around
They don't pay claims on their warranty, they try to underpay their vendors when they pay them at all. Frustrated customers take it out on us, that's really messed up.
