Direct leadership team is great, the larger team lacks being in touch with the whole team, except for their direct reports
My co workers and having the opportunity to learn something new, although my talents are thoroughly being wasted in my current position
My team mates are amazing, always have been, and that has nothing to do with leadership, it has to do with the people they are as humans. The people who hired them are responsible for that, not necessarily current leadership
They try to keep a work/life balance with providing more days off, more liberal PTO which is actually becoming industry standard, but lacks severely in paying those on the lower end of the totem pole fairly. Management gets paid quite well
Well considering the pay of a TAC is very below average of any other company, they could look at raising their minimum at least, the client we serve has done that, but at Cielo we are just supposed to be happy for Days off. Not to sound ungrateful but I feel it is a bit of a smokescreen
