
Very communicative and very straightforward
The team is kind, supportive, and thoughtful. They really care about doing good work and taking care of each other.
The fully covered healthcare for employees and their families is huge. The 401k match is generous. The flexible vacation time can be hard to figure out and hard to take, but it really is encouraged.
The company needs to live up to its own values instead of just repeating them on all hands calls. Don't just read financial numbers, tell us what you're doing about them and what you need from us. Really address team concerns instead of saying they're not real problems.
Leadership needs to get better at setting and communicating a company direction, which always feels vague. They need to hire or promote experts in digital services delivery into actual senior positions and then actually listen to them. And they need to do things instead of talking about doing things
I often don't feel very valued by the company except as a cog in the machine. People are hired to be excellent widgets, but the company doesn't seem to want anyone to be much more and actively pushes down people who point out issues or try to fix them.
