We've always been fully remote - so culture has always been at the forefront for us. We've discovered and implemented several ways to make people feel connected while they're miles apart
CivicActions is a fully remote company, so I love being able to work from home.
I like that we are encouraged to meet and chat with other members of the company that we don't necessarily work with on a daily basis. The social events that are put on by the company are always fun.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to live up to its own values instead of just repeating them on all hands calls. Don't just read financial numbers, tell us what you're doing about them and what you need from us. Really address team concerns instead of saying they're not real problems.
