The leadership team is made up of humble leaders that routinely put their company above themselves. They would not ask anything of an employee they would not do themselves.

They truly live every day by our company values.
They are authentic, curious, and supportive people who use their roles to further the impact our company can have and to support the team's growth.
The focus on care, openness to new ideas, feedback, transparency, and overall being genuinely great people.
The leadership provide space for employees to run with their ideas and improvements. They push for discussions and continuous improvement.
They value work/life balance (and not just say they do). They work hard to provide benefits that make CivicActions a special company to work for.
How easy they are to talk to and get to know. They also seem to really care about employee input.

The level of support I get from the leadership team, even as a new employee lower in the hierarchy, is absolutely phenomenal. I always feel like CA has my back.
Transparent and empathic ways they support the company
The leadership team keeps everyone in the loop. They are open and honest about what's happening in the business.
While they lead, they do not drag. They are radically open communicators and value contribution by everyone.
Capable, open, transparent and always willing to listen
Review from Engineering Dept
They care, they listen and they provide support when needed.
I love how the leadership team is open to hearing any input that you may have and outside ideas that have not yet been explored.
I like the women on the executive team. The men have no clue what they're doing.
They are open to learning and are not power hungry
care about employees and has ethics about what clients we chose to work with
Review from Engineering Dept
They really care about the team and the culture. It's not just lip service, commitment and support is built into the company's DNA.

Empathy & strategic, well-planned decision-making
Clear and open communications regarding all aspects of the company from finances to goals and vision.
Leadership needs to get better at setting and communicating a company direction, which always feels vague. They need to hire or promote experts in digital services delivery into actual senior positions and then actually listen to them. And they need to do things instead of talking about doing things
