Health benefits are solid as is retirement.
So many great perks that we actually use! My two favorites are the $400/month wellness stipend and $50 snack credit for remote employees.
Volunteer time off, flexible PTO that you're actually encouraged to take. The benefits are getting even better with the GFM acquisition.
It is incredibly competitive, and through the bonus pool, we share in the company's success.

I've field to make payment
I'd like to have stock options and a 401k match. It would make our benefits more well rounded. That said, we've got unlimited PTO we're actually encouraged to take, and we have awesome health benefits. There's room to improve, but I do feel well compensated and cared for!

Recruiting team was responsive, professional, and fun. I clicked with all of the interviewers and it felt more like a conversation and less of a grilling session, though they asked some challenging questions.

The people and the mission.
Less overwhelming of employees and "wearing many hats". People work hard because they care, but their loyalty can be taken advantage of at some point.
