
People that work hard should get compensation for there work not everyone deserves a raises you should have to earn it and not just be given it. Everyone should know how to other people's jobs. And there needs to be room to move up after 15 years of service.
We are very under valued and very under payed. There has been no raises for the past 4 years. Management does not communicate with other departments. There is virtually zero room to move up or get promoted to a better position. Management plays favorites. Been with the company 15 years
The company preaches team work. But heaven forbid if they do not anything to see that there is very little team work. They just send positive emails out to make there selfs feel better. If management cared they would come out and see what kind of people they had working for them.
My team that I work with directly every day is great.We get along very well and work well with each other.The other coworkers/departments just don't care they just want a paycheck and do the least amount as possible just to get buy. They don't believe n team work and reap the benefits of r hard work
