What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better management and listen to employees.

non discriminatory atmosphere and equality for all genders

The company preaches team work. But heaven forbid if they do not anything to see that there is very little team work. They just send positive emails out to make there selfs feel better. If management cared they would come out and see what kind of people they had working for them.
