What is the onboarding process like at Clover Health and how long does it last?

Getting setup with standard access to the most critical systems takes one day. Then usually teams have their on boarding throughout the first week. Then over the next few weeks there are a sequence of meetings to introduce important topics at the company. And finally it probably takes months, 3-6, to fully understand all the moving parts. Learning this last piece is pretty organic and you learn by doing your everyday job.
