What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To understand what is long-term goal of the company in its entirety. The greater mission is not to make money, but to provide care, and optimize patient care. Once that mission is aligned through out all departments, company will soar.
Leadership needs to get better at communicating with each other about what each area is doing and the decisions that are being made that impact other departments.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
most of the time people are helpful to one another; no pride of authorship to get the job done
Diversity and Inclusion is highly valued and woven into every part of Clover's work. We are contributing to health equity for our members too, who are often from from lower socio-economic backgrounds. The culture is friendly and everyone wants to help you - it's very positive.

The inclusive and diverse interview panel
By the end, I felt like everyone I met with had a solid understanding of my strengths and weaknesses so a fair decision would be made. I had plenty of opportunity to ask my own questions too.
