What does the leadership team need to get better at?

To understand what is long-term goal of the company in its entirety. The greater mission is not to make money, but to provide care, and optimize patient care. Once that mission is aligned through out all departments, company will soar.

Leadership needs to get better at communicating with each other about what each area is doing and the decisions that are being made that impact other departments.
