
Personally, I'm a big fan of the team I work with and the profit share. Those are my two big motivators at work at the moment.
The leadership team is always on top of questions and concerns I send to them. It's nice to have someone who has your back - especially when dealing with clients.
My favorite part is the profit shared offered. Based on my work performance, I get a cut of the profits, which is sometimes a pretty significant bonus. There are also quarterly bonuses - these you achieve with your team and can be worth a week of pay.
My team is the best part of coming to work everyday. I genuinely enjoy being around these people. So much so that we actually do hang out with each other outside of work. That being said, everyone I work with also works hard and produces what they need to.
The company culture is definitely important at CT. Management is known for their well-timed jokes, and in general people are positive about their work. Since we rely on each other so heavily in this industry, it's important to have an attitude that excites people and brings them up - which we have.
