Doing what I love and getting good results out of it. This sometimes takes long time but in the end if I get recognition then this really helps motivate me to do more.

This is mainly because of the type of contract I have here in Poland. Unless I can't switch to a "developer" type of contract, one Euro salary band for example won't mean much to me because of the higher tax rate.
