I think the collaboration factor and peoples willingness to go out of the way to assist you. People are very understanding of different levels of work so your team mates make sure that you comprehend the changes and are not lost in the technical dust.

Everyone can say it but I believe we hire some great personalities. You can hire talented people whom have no personality and get by but the culture of your company is composed by individuals and I have no issues with anyone/look forward to working aside them daily.

I think we are very thorough and picky when we decide to bring someone on and it leads us to not hiring and crying later on in a didn't work out state. The on-boarding has become far more streamlined such that I am excited when new people onboard

The leadership is very transparent about what is happening from our investors/shareholders all the way down to what is happening internally team wise. They also keep an eye out for growth and encourage a hire from within mentality as people have moved between teams before due to their own growthneed

growth and my teammates make me the most happy. Of course I would not be here if I disliked the type of work I was doing but specifically I have been able to branch out into areas that are foreign to my title some specifically out of curiosity and often supported by my teammates
