The people, hands down. We have a ton of office events, and outings, and what not, so don't get me wrong. There is a lot happening here. But by and large the people here make the soul and culture of this company and I wouldn't trade a single one of them!

I think the collaboration factor and peoples willingness to go out of the way to assist you. People are very understanding of different levels of work so your team mates make sure that you comprehend the changes and are not lost in the technical dust.
