The company is fair (uses industry benchmarks) re: compensation and equity.
Fair salary + good amount of stocks
The education stipend for sure! Nothing at CMB is static or perpetual. They want to encourage us to go outing to the market and learn new things to bring them back to the company! Zero bureaucracy or red tape, the company is ver versatile and open to change.
There isn't anything more I could possibly want.

In tech health/vision is an expectation so I very much enjoy the ability to take out some money and cover my transportation costs prior to taxes with an easy 3 click, choose amount and go, kind of process

The nepotism is great. They take all the money from illegal criminal enterprises pretending to be venture capitalist.
